The Masked Singer's Wolf finally exposed as fans spot huge mistake – Daily Express

The Masked Singer are convinced they’ve cracked the case on who’s behind the Wolf costume after spotting a major clue.
Throughout the current series, which kicked off on January 4 on ITV , Wolf has delivered show-stopping performances, with judges Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan, and newcomer Maya Jama trying to unmask the singer.
Clues provided during episodes have hinted at a “smooth talker” and someone with “a distinguished past in the public eye.”
So far the likes of Kate Garraway and Prue Leith have been unmasked, and now eagle-eyed viewers of the fifth season believe it’s actor Nigel Havers behind Wolf after a Reddit user dug up an old promotional image from one of his solo shows, featuring a wolf’s head at his feet.
The caption reads: “Check out the advertising for Nigel Havers’ solo show, what’s that at his feet? Boom!” Nigel, known for his roles in Chariots of Fire and Coronation Street, now tops the list of guesses for Wolf as speculation mounts ahead of the series finale.

Some suggested it could be a nod to the 1980s music scene, while others pointed to the song’s upbeat, energetic vibe aligning with his stage presence.
Other hints included a T-shirt emblazoned with “Wolf Pack,” a model boat building set, a bishop’s hat, multi-colored bowling pins, and even a ball.
These props have only deepened the speculation, with one theory pointing to the “Wolf Pack” reference being a subtle nod to a rock band. Wolf also presented a riddle that had fans trying to piece together his identity: “As a wolf, I’ve held dominion over everything I see, wild woods, creek or cave, that’s my territory.”
While Nigel’s name has surged in popularity after the wolf’s head clue, fans have also thrown out other high-profile names, including Marti Pellow, Bruce Dickinson, and Simon Le Bon.

Phoenix and Jellyfish have also left viewers scratching their heads. Fans are also convinced they’ve worked out which celebrity is behind Bear on this year’s series.
Fans have been eagerly trying to guess who is behind each of the remaining costumes with Bear’s identity also causing quite a stir on social media.
Many TV viewers are convinced that singer-songwriter Example, real name Elliot John Gleave, is the singer behind Bear, after spotting numerous clues pointing towards the hitmaker.
Taking to Reddit, one eagle-eyed fan explained his theory about Bear being Example, writing: “Bear *has* to be Example. Looking at the visual clues, I’ve got these to fit. Other clues in Episode 2: ‘Home amongst flowers’ = partner is called Daisy.
“Hungry for competition = maybe referencing the Nandos rap with Ed Sheeran. Other clues in Episode 3: ‘What a way to KICKSTART the competition’ = name of top 10 single. ‘Pet Shop Supplies’ = collab with Pet Shop Boys. ‘Herring in a Net’ = mentored in comedy by Richard Herring.”
Kingfisher has become the standout favourite to win, dazzling with powerhouse vocals and slick routines. Fans are eager to see who will be the final winner in this season’s lineup.
The Masked Singer continues to air on Saturdays on ITV1, with the grand reveal set for February 15.
