Cougars and CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery announce release of new Claws Out Blonde Ale – Canadian Hockey League


The Prince George Cougars, in partnership with CrossRoads Brewery & Distillery, are proud to announce the release of the new “Claws Out Blonde Ale.”
The Claws Out Blonde Ale is CrossRoads’ take on an American style blond ale. The limited-edition Claws Out Blonde Ale will be available in 17 locations in Prince George starting this afternoon.
“CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery is excited to partner with the Cougars and the launch of our newest beer, the Claw’s Out Blonde Ale,” said CrossRoads owner Daryl Leiski. “CrossRoads has always been very community orientated with support to numerous teams and organizations. The Cougars have been part of our community for over 25 years and have had tremendous support, and we are pleased to offer our newest beer to recognize their impact on our city.”
The Cougars and CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery are also giving away seven red Cougars jerseys at several liquor stores. Enter the draw for the jersey giveaway at Liquor Depot, Beaverly Liquor Store, 10thAvenue Liquor Store, Costless Liquor Store, Shooters on 12th, Hart Wholesale, and at CrossRoads Brewery & Distillery. To enter you must purchase a pack of the Claws Out Blonde Ale.

The Prince George Cougars have been a proud member of the Western Hockey League since 1994. The Cougars play out of the CN Centre, a 5,971-seat multipurpose arena that opened in 1995.The Cougars are owned by EDGEPRo Sports & Entertainment Ltd. The ownership group bought the Cougars in 2014 and the group consists of former Cougars Dan Hamhuis and Eric Brewer and local businessmen Ernest Ouellet, John Pateman, Greg Pocock and Raymond Fortier.
