A man was attacked and bitten by a bear in Gulf Breeze on Thursday.
Wildlife officials say the man let his dog out early Thursday morning when the bear bit him on the leg.
The man then called 911, and dispatchers helped him control the bleeding until the ambulance arrived.
A neighbor of the man who lives a few homes down captured video of two bears walking in their driveway less than 20 minutes before the incident happened.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is investigating the incident.
The FWC says that traps have been placed around the property and the bear will be humanely killed if caught.
Florida wildlife officials say that relocating the bear is not a viable option because it may put another community at risk.
